Definition of C4I
Commander is the Client Computerized Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C4I) capability. A standardized and open architecture hosting tactical communications and operational information systems leverages our ability to provide integrated and interoperable solutions. Role & Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support on C4I system to our customers Provide on the job training for installation, integration, operation and maintenance Set-up the C4I system inside the vehicle and the Training centre Provide required support for installation, update and the maintenance of the C4I software. Support as and when requested the End-User during the preparation and the execution of live deployment of its vehicles Collaborate with the customer and maintain a high level of confidence Be attuned to the customer, maintain good relations between the customer and Client and be a proactive in the reporting of risks of dissatisfaction Build and strengthen local relationship with customer team as well as other local and projects stakeholder Support the program to build proposals and action plans Identify and carry out actions to push the development of services and strengthen the business
Desired Experience & Skills:
10+ years specialized experience Advance understanding of Client C4I system, Tactical radios, Sub-system and System overview Troubleshooting Site Survey Technical Proposal Writing Customer Training Customer & Business Oriented Experience in Defense Environment Excellent communications skills in English language is mandatory Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
